I went back to the Hippo House early Thursday morning & got some additional measurements, which turned out to be pretty important - it certainly helped with the room at the 'head' end...

Estimating took about 45 minutes... & I was pretty generous with my quantities. Even so, I think I'll get the company to sign a waiver stating that if they come up short, I won't be held financially responsible!!

I wouldn't normally share pictures of the floor plans I do - they're usually quite boring, square/rectangle things, with the occasional 45 degree angle thrown in to make me swear a bit

But yesterday, I walked into this place & immediately had no idea how I was even going to draw it, let alone estimate it for carpet... This is the closest I could get, based on the measurements I was able to take... which wasn't as many as I think I'm going to need, due to construction work ongoing & there were building materials &, more often, builders in the way...
