So... How Did This Guy LEGALLY Buy A Gun??!!

A Colorado judge says a man accused of killing 10 people in a supermarket shooting in March is incompetent to stand trial.

'Boulder County District Judge Ingrid Bakke made her ruling during a hearing for Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, 22, where it was disclosed that two separate court-ordered psychological evaluations had both concluded that he is mentally unfit.'

'Armed with a legally purchased Ruger AR-556 pistol, Mr Alissa stormed the supermarket and opened fire, prosecutors said.'

'His attorney, Kathryn Herold, said that her client suffers from an undisclosed "serious mental illness".'

But no... no... stringent background checks for gun purchases are an attack on democracy!!

So my question remains... how was someone that was declared mentally unfit by at least 3 psychologists & suffering from a 'serious' mental illness, able to walk into a store & buy a gun that's capable of killing 10 people in a short time??!!

If you can't 'take responsibility' for your actions, or their consequences, WHY is it perfectly fine for you to have access to the weapon in the first place?

Thoughts & prayers are obviously easier to offer than courageous reform

Answer very simple, because… people made some mistakes and people want make some money and e.t.c. and e.t.c. Personally, I don’t like questions “WHY?”… only because you can’t fix it by asking questions to someone who have no clue about root of problems. Sorry…
