I remember going to visit that place - a friend of my mum lived there.

Having seen the place just the other day, I have a kind of vague memory of seeing it back in the 70s some time... & then obviously completely forgot about it, as it was a surprise to me, coming around a corner on Grandview Drive

Can you remember what it was like on the inside?

Lots of rounded concrete. That's all. As far as I can tell, I think I was about 7, so it's a while back.

Oh yes - and the back was one of those shaded gardens that in winter was cold, wet and muddy.
