Some of you may recognise the accompanying photo as the one pranksters Photoshopped onto the flooded streets of New Orleans last year.
To be fair - given the track record of the King Of The 1000 Yard Stare, catching the fish probably has been his presidential highlight... that & the golf drive he made the media watch during his first year in the Job.
