1) Who is your favourite relative?
Living? Probably my Father-in Law. Deceased... my uncle Larry - without him, my Mother's side of the family has drifted in the general direction of 'away'
2) What's the farthest you've traveled for a family gathering?
Sydney to Rabaul in Papua New Guinea - 3,298 kilometres, or 2,049 miles
3) Will you/when will you put up decorations for December holidays?
We probably won't, to be honest... not that we don't like or celebrate Christmas, just that we don't really do it here at home. The most decorative it gets is when Long-Suffering Partner is wrapping presents & there's festive paper, cards & stray bits of glitter everywhere - until we vacuum it all
4) What were you thankful for this week?
That I'm earning enough money working for myself to not feel desperate, or pressured to take just any job that offers itself. I had a job interview yesterday that, if times were tougher, I'd have been anxious to get, even though it's a step backwards for me in many directions... Also that L-SP & I make a pretty good socialising team. Certainly better than just me on my own
5) What is your hometown known for?
Sydney, Australia? Well, the obvious things are the Bridge & Opera House... but also unaffordable real estate, funnel-web spiders & a comatose live music scene
