Claustrophobia?

I don't really get claustrophobia - unless I'm stuck in a confined space... which has happened when I went caving!! Once I got myself untangled though, everything was fine

I have what I think is a a very healthy fear of heights though. I don't mind being in planes, or inside tall buildings, but I don't like the edges of cliffs, tall balconies, or even ladders...
