A 250 kilometre day... From home to work, work to various timber & flooring places & then building sites, then back to a couple of those suppliers, back to a building site, back to work &, finally, back home. I knew it would be that kind of day, so I zeroed the kilometre reader as I left home & was not too surprised by the number on it when I returned at about 6.15pm

On a completely different note, have a guess what these boats would be worth...

White boats for white people?

At Akuna Bay, where they not only have a Marina full of what an old sailing friend of mine called 'stinkboats', but also a brokerage office, where you can either buy one (& go broke, I assume), or join a syndicate of 5 other co-owners (so you can all go broke together?) I saw the price of what I would have thought was a small boat... $1,490,000

$1,500,000 will buy you quite a nice apartment in parts of Sydney

If I paid that much for a boat, I'd live in it...
