D-Day... Again

waitingmanToday is the latest in a long line of days, stretching back about 6 weeks, when I should hear something about at least 2 of the jobs I've been chasing - one of which I've decided I won't take, no matter how precarious the financial situation is.
But this has happened before. There have been a couple of these 'hold everything & sit by the phone' days recently & nothing has come of them... only news that prolongs the wait for another week or so. However, hope springs eternal, so it's fingers, legs & eyes crossed for some kind of result - which should make moving around today rather interesting...
At least it's raining, which gives me all the excuses I need to have a day indoors, guilt-free.
