Bated Breath

A first for a while... a day with nothing new, nothing out of the ordinary, no dramas.

This normal life... it's a strange feeling...

Don't know if I like it or not. Can't help feeling it's a calm before a storm, or the eye of a cyclone. Good thing I feel like battening down the hatches of my life anyway. It's been a rough ride lately - thrills, spills... everything going everywhere...

Now nowhere... hmmm...

And after a while you sit there and think "but it was so *exciting* before - why can't it be like that again.."

And then it gets rough again and you realise "I've changed my mind!"
