Tuesday - drove to 2 corners of this urban sprawl fro disparate work associated guff. Home, burn CDs, Buffy, bed.
Wednesday - drove to the other 2 corners for more of the same, then off to Rose Bay to pick up Liz... off to see VELVET REVOLVER at the Hordern. What do you get if you take 3 Guns'n'Roses, 1 Stone Temple Pilot & a competent sideman on rhythm guitar, put them in the Hordern Pavillion with 6000 of the great unwashed & turn the amps up to 11??
A f**king great rock'n'roll show, 2 overexcited blonde goddesses in your car, a late night & a ringing in your ears.
Liz & Natalie enjoyed it so much, they're back there tonight... I received a phone rendition of 'Fall To Pieces' as I was driving home from West Ryde tonight. Jealous?? Moi??
