waitingmanToday's SMH has an article worth reading about the strange things hotel guests/travellers complain about. All I could think of was Mrs Richards from Fawlty Towers...
May I ask what you expected to see from a Torquay hotel window? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? The Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically across the plains?!!
I've had to deal with a client today whose palaver was just as confused & pointless. My final suggestion was that he give our stuff back & f@#k off to Domayne... or words to that effect.
