Nothing To Say, So Watch These

Showing my sister the wonders of the internet tonight... call her a 'Late Bloomer'.
Inevitably we wound up on YouTube. Given that we're only 5 years apart in age, we both remember the golden days of ABC television when they would play music clips before the 7pm news. And we found three of the best ones:
Michael Nesmith ~ 'Rio'
At the time... late 70s ... this was reputedly one of the most expensive videos made. But then, if your mother held the inventor's patent on Liquid Paper, she might be able to invest a few bucks in your music career when the royalties were slim...
Ronnie James Dio & Friends ~ 'Butterfly Ball'
Supposedly a teaser for a full-length cartoon movie that never happened. The album is definitely worth checking out though... anyone who was anyone in the 70s British rock scene is on it.
And one that YouTube wouldn't let me embed...Godley & Creme ~ An Englishman In New York. A little creepy for my 11 year old mind in 1978, but I always loved the song.
A hot day... so why was/am I shivering occasionally?
Oh-oh...
