I support it. Always have.
As mentioned in the article, we wouldn't let even a stray dog suffer a slow, painful death, yet we fight in the highest courts & parliaments to force it on ourselves.

Date: 2008-09-13 01:21 am (UTC)Mind you, it is interesting how there is sort of an unofficial (not criminal) euthanasia that happens in the medical system.
Which I only found out when reading the Philip Nitschke interview (http://www.abc.net.au/tv/enoughrope/transcripts/s2094728.htm) with Denton. I think. Good stuff, anyway. I went through a phase of reading every Enough Rope interview so it kinda blurs in my head ... :p
