Home PC up & running again... well, walking briskly ~ I'm still plugging gear back into it & waiting to see what, if anything, sends it back to oblivion. Many thanks to my dinner guests last night, including UnknownBlogger for their time & techspertise.

And for the chocolate cake. My thanks also to the Guest Chef for proving that two people can operate in my kitchen without collision or culinary disaster. And for the lamb.

First photos were taken with the new camera yesterday. Unsurprisingly, the subjects included back-yard kookaburras & a rather large hailstorm which swept over the north side of town in the afternoon. Missed the sunset though... Results may be posted when I get 'round to installing the relevant software.

This feels like a good day to do not very much. I think I'll go & do that.

Thank you again for last night, I really enjoyed the evening. And with a bit more tinkering tonight I've figured out playing the harmonics (though I'm still far from being able to play them consistently), thanks for showing me that.
