Bird Brain

A photo I've revisited over the years, as my post-processing prowess improves... a seagull chasing moths in the lights of a grandstand. Complete & utter failure as an exercise in tracking a moving object, but I still like it

I took this photo the day (well, night...) I bought my first 'proper' digital SLR camera. L-SP was doing a photography college course & had to do a photo 'essay' telling a story through pictures & had chosen the Sydney Dog Track as her subject. Her dog photos came out fine. Mine, not so much...



Nice as an abstract, maybe, but not exactly 'Photo Essay' material... Panning & tracking is still something I need to keep up my practice in
