Homeward Bound

Well, we leave New York tomorrow, after spending (& I do mean 'spending') eight days here & not seeing anywhere near everything this incredible city has to offer. For such a small square mileage, they sure know how to pack stuff into it

chaosvizier for lunch today at an Irish pub for an hour or so... Nice to put a friendly face to the man behind one of the more entertaining journals I read, as well as the LJDQ Quiz. He now has the dubious distinction of being the only person we know in New York. Fortunately for him, it's not that much of a responsibility, as we'll be hard at work back in Australia both paying off this trip & saving for the next one. But thank you Sir, for great lunch, great conversation & Guinness!!
Other than a few last minute things to attend to tomorrow morning, that's it. We arrive back in Sydney on Sunday & go into hibernation catching up on sleep (we're knackered!!), then processing photos & fine-tuning the magnum 'opeless that will be the diary of this epic trip...
