David Cronenberg & I ~ Two for two.

To explain... Recently I bought DC's latest film Eastern Promises on DVD, sight unseen as I'd only heard good things about it. Tonight I watched it after eventually getting home from an exciting day overseeing stocktake at Debtor's Prison & then having an even more exciting time data-entering the count sheets on my own... much as I will be for the next 2 days, but I digress...

Just... a great film... intelligent... thoughtful... realistic. Just see it.

The reason I say two for two is I did much the same with DC's previous film A History Of Violence (except not during stocktake...). See it too!!

Both films have Viggo Mortensen in the lead role & I'm looking forward to the next film in his Cronenberg trilogy... if there is one.
