waitingmanI'd like to dream that either Wimsey ~ my beloved Fender Telecaster, or The Matron ~ my equally beloved Maton acoustic, will one day be held in the same esteemed company as these guitars.
I already know that The Matron was a limited edition model & I've certainly never seen another Telecaster like Wimsey... Add to that they're both left-hand models & I wonder if I'm sitting on my retirement fund. With the monotonous regularity that rock'n'roll dreams fail to come true, it would be a nice consolation prize of fortune for missing out on the fame.

And a reminder ~ you can see 4 of the above guitars in action this Saturday night at the Friend In Hand hotel in Glebe, from about 7.15ish 'til about 11ish... No cover charge as far as I know. Bring a friend or 12!!
