Am I the only person on Earth who thought that Sahara was a good fun movie??!!

Not even the author liked it apparently... & he'll like it a great deal less now!!

I'm in the middle of a 9 day working week, so not getting up to much. My mother's birthday dinner last night at a local Bulgarian restaurant (5 courses for $20 per head!!), dinner with the usual suspects in Newtown tomorrow night...

Job-wise, the doldrums have arrived ~ apparently there's not much around for a person with my "skills". This is, of course, despite the 8 positions I applied for, only one of which has borne any kind of fruit in the form of a pre-interview interview next week.

Nah dude, it was pretty crap. And Steve Zahn trying to play a serious role? Poorly executed, I can understand why Clive Cussler didn't like it, and he's not even a good author!

Ooh, I can feel the flames a warmin' :D

No, no, no...!!

There's no way you could call Steve Zahn's role a serious one!!

He was the best & funniest thing about the whole 2 hours!!... Except for the bits with William H Macy.

The only thing that really held me for that move was "Look, Penelope's not wearing much," and "Look, it's the Merevingian."

Whilst I'm at it, Matthew McConaughey is too laid back to be taken as a serious action star - in contrast, think Nathan Fillion. Shit, even Harrison Ford back in the day!

Just be grateful it wasn't Keanu...
