waitingmanNot fair!! Tuesdays are supposed to be better than Mondays!!!
I've decided that I really want a career in Project Management. I went for just such a role a couple of months ago with a government department... Didn't get it, but it was (apparently) a close thing. In my research for the position, I discovered that I already do 90% of the required duties in my current role. The only difference is I'd be a customer instead of a salesperson.
And having spent the last month or so dealing with a Project Manager (for want of a better title) affiliated with another government department, the thought occurs that I may be overqualified for the role... & that's why I didn't get the job. My main problem appears to be that I listen to what people tell me & act accordingly. Unlike this guy.
