For 'vibrant office culture' read 'we play crappy electronic dance muzak all day in a desperate attempt to feel relevant'
At least government jobs don't bother with all that misguided marketing - they actually do list the skills they want... & that can be intimidating too - Do I really have those skills? What the hell am I even doing??
