waitingmanBack to work today... 4 measures & inspections that were designated 'urgent', so I was allowed to go to the sites & do my thing - following stricter guidelines about contact & communication, of course. Then scaling & drawing plans here at home in the afternoon, scanning, e-mailing... it was almost like hard work, after 2 weeks of nothing!
Tomorrow, I'll drop the original plans at one of the retail stores, on my way to get my 2nd vaccine shot
I did a Covid19 test yesterday & the result finally came through this evening - about 12 hours after all the previous ones, so I had a little panic about it, but of course, I'm fine. I have to get another test on Monday, to satisfy a pedantic client who won't let anyone on site without a test result that's less than 48 hours old, so yesterday's won't count. Annoying really, as the line-up at the testing site yesterday was the longest I've ever seen there & took about 45 minutes to get through. On the other hand, I suppose it means that even the "it can't happen here" brigade are finally taking it seriously
As mentioned previously, the 2nd Pfizer shot can apparently be a bit rougher &, in one anecdotal case, much more interesting than the first one, so we'll see what kind of shape I wind up in tomorrow afternoon. I hope I get the hallucinations... it's been a looong time since I had any good LSD & a little vacation from reality would be most welcome
