Long-Suffering Partner & I were with a Canon Collective photography group (back when there was such a thing... sob!) early one morning on Narrabeen headland - about a 25 minute drive from home, to catch the sunrise over the Pacific Ocean & learn some tips... & try out some Canon lenses & other gear. We arrived in the dark & picked our way carefully out to the best viewing area where you could also set up cameras on tripods. As the sky lit up, it was still dark enough that I hadn't noticed the guy & his dog walking up the right side of my shot. I like the way the exposure time makes it look like he was waving... "G'day mate... Rover & I just thought we'd do a bit of photo-bombing... Nice sunrise eh??!!!"
In other 'news', I've dropped back from posting every day for now. There were some days where I was really just marking time & posting only to keep the calendar ticking over & I thought... "why bother?!?!". There were & are some days where I'm so tired by the end of it that I either couldn't articulate the day, or can't focus enough to think of anything interesting. Nothing else has changed - the world still occasionally makes me angry, incredulous, amazed in both bad & good ways, wonder why I'm here, or how some other people are allowed to be...
