Noisy, but nice...

The Harley Davidson dichotomy - a machine that is a symbol of anti-establishment freedom... now increasingly owned by aging bankers & businessmen looking to regain their youthful 'rebellion' - like that time they skipped a day at their private school & went out on Daddy's boat instead. This one, for example, was photographed at the Canberra Yacht Club... a name that has a couple of problems: Firstly, Canberra is an inland city... hundreds of kilometres from the ocean - it only has a man-made lake. Secondly, if you look at these photos you'd be hard-pressed to see anything that qualifies as a 'yacht'... & it's therefore exactly the kind of place you'd expect a 'Merchant Banker' to park his Harley

Hopefully, I'll have a few hours with my guitar student tomorrow afternoon, but work has loaded me up with measures in the morning... I don't know - when I want work it's not around & when I make other plans based on its paucity, the floodgates open!! Am I never happy??!!
