1) What is your favourite food?
I usually say Indian cuisine, but northern Chinese/Shanghai now runs a very close second. If you could get a good lamb korma in a steamed dumpling, I'd be set for life
2) What is your favourite food preparation method?
Other than open the box & dig in? Barbecuing or pan-frying
3) What is your favourite cuisine or style of cooking?
As above, Indian, followed by regional Chinese. Though I also love a good, simple pizza
4) Do you have any dietary restrictions and if so what are they?
Other than self-imposed ones about various esoteric vegetables, or the weirder things from the sea... not really - except I don't like cow's milk in coffee. Soy please!!
5) If you could introduce the whole world to one ingredient to improve their culinary experience, what would that be and why?
Liquid Smoke... it just makes everything taste better
