Withdrawals...

A little sore & sorry today... & a little embarrassed about it - it wasn't the heaviest thing I've ever lifted'n'shifted, but it was enough to cause some considerable discomfort. Thank god for 'proper' painkilers... meaning I can enjoy my day off tomorrow, instead of grumbling about sore back muscles. I hope
