Only me then.

I've just been in the RTA office submitting myself to their patented Uglification Camera & handed over my hard-earned to be predictably horrified by the result I'll have to carry around for 12 months (I never get a licence for any longer, as I always hope the next photo will be better ~ hope still springs eternal). No, I'm not posting the picture, out of concerns for your health & my vanity.

Winter's hibernatory tendencies are affecting me at the moment, I've turned down dinner & drinks invitations the last two nights & wish I could get out of tonight's one, but it's a dual birthday dinner with old friends, one of whom has travelled from Goodooga in NSW's north western corner, so if she's made that much effort...

At least it's an Indian restaurant. Silver lining ~ Check!
