(Still) Life For Rent
Jun. 8th, 2008 02:15 pmA lazy start to the day ~ breakfast at the local followed by a fact-finding/waters-testing trip to the local Hardly Normal Harvey Norman to look at cameras, my trusty old Fuji having gone to a (presumably) worse home after OBluV8's early morning break-in 7 days ago...
Seduced by the offer of no-interest-no-repayments-'til-2010, but then bedded & shagged senseless by the Flexirent option, I'm soon to be the proud & excited lessee of a Canon400D twin IS lens pack... the camera I've had my covetous eyes on for about a year ~ which means the new, improved & probably cheaper model will be out in about a month. No matter, it's still a significant & affordable upgrade on the Fuji.
Also, I can't remember if anyone else ever posted this, but... I'd see this film repeatedly, then buy the special edition DVD when it was released too!!
And now ~ guitar practice... for no real reason other than I should.
