Research - fruitful. Weather - wonderful (it was raining in Sydney when I flew in tonight - no jokes about wet feathers, please). Socialising - by turns... baleful, joyful & peaceful.
After a lot of walking around, I now know where I'd like to live, how much it should cost me & therefore, what kind of jobs I should be looking at in the near future. I also know that anti-inflammatories work a lot faster when taken with 2 macchiatos & that, if you play a guitar reasonably well in the right shop at the right time, the owner will quote you a price on your dream instrument you'll find hard to resist... so I didn't.
