Cointreau'd Curry & Copious Conversation

A good Indian meal is the cure for almost everything... even the common cold if a decent vindaloo is on the menu... & Cointreau goes over ice cream really nicely...

Such are the conclusions reached after dinner with my sister tonight, following a day acclimatising to not one, but TWO new sales people - neither of which have sold our products before & only one of which has sold ANYTHING before... Still "... Happy with what you have to be happy with, you have to be happy with what you have, to be happy with what you have..."

One male, one female... One twentysomething, one fortysomething. One quiet. One ...could never be accused of such a thing. After years as a musician in some fairly loud bands, today was the first time I wished for earplugs.

Oh god.

Once upon time, when they coined the phrase "coming in with all guns blazing", I'm sure they only meant a gun with 6 shots in the chamber... The times & available firepower have changed, but the principle remains the same...

Now, to sleep, perchance to dream in silent movie-style.
