Calm... very calm... deep breaths... calm... imagine yourself in a place of white clouds...
I think I'm winning the war of attrition with my troublesome client. It pays to gain allies on the inside who think that the antagonist is as unhinged as you do. It also helps to garner technical support from sources that the client cannot argue with - even though they're telling him the exact same things as you have already.
Strength in numbers... I particularly like the numbers .38, .45, 7.62, 9... & a new one I encountered recently... .50 Very strong numbers - especially when there's plenty in the clip & one in the pipe...
Otherwise... life goes on... forever immune to prediction.
