waitingmanWent to Christmas Wafflers last night with Rey'n'Art'n'SarinG. Not a bad round of speeches as they go ~ a couple of serious ones on the topic of The Meaning Of Life, balanced by some humorous, anecdotal types. For the sociologists amongst us, the serious ones were by the 2 men, the funny ones by the 3 women. Discuss...
Insomnia struck with a vengeance when I headed bedwards though ~ haven't slept at all. The silver lining is that I did a lot of thinking about my present predicament(s) & have come up with a simple, but radical solution which should take care of most worries. I also remembered some forgotten chord progressions & thought-programmed some drum & bass parts for them. Hope I don't forget the lot before I get around to recording them!!
With any luck, last night's attack of the wakies also means I'll sleep well tonight...
Now, to start the day (after a morning spent reading Spike Milligan) with a leisurely, local breakfast.
