waitingmanThere aren't enough hours in the day sometimes.
Especially if you start it by leaving your wallet, work keys & both mobile phones (don't ask) at home ~ only discovering their absence 5 minutes from the office. Subtract one hour from the day for the round trip back to WaitingManor, then shift into overdrive to complete the day's itinerary.
Somewhere amongst all that, I found time to conduct 3 separate SMS conversations, book OBluV8 in with another mechanic, for another look at my squeaking, hissing brakes (they work well, just REALLY noisily), design a gift voucher(isn't that the Marketing Dept's job... oh yeah, we don't have a Marketing Dept any more ~ just a Marketing Manager, who wouldn't deign to do something so menial, even if he'd shown up today... which he didn't... okay I'm ranting) & arrange my flights to & from Melbourne for Friday & Monday.
And go shopping for life's little essentials ~ alfoil, salmon fillets, ginger, soy milk, soap... should be an interesting dinner...

sarin_girl, for another of her mysterious photography assignments. I was reminded of 2 things ~ I have a lot of bric-a-brac (or "crap", if you prefer) & I really need to get serious about dusting this place!!
