Can someone explain why you wouldn't shoot at the tyres... or the engine... or why you want to shoot at a car that's going away at all. Can someone also explain why a 'Safety Officer' feels it's absolutely necessary to shoot at a child & her parents???

But no, please explain why America's gun culture obsession is a GOOD thing...

America’s gun obsession based on freedom… you need to fight for you freedom with weapons and Safe Officer simply just back from war and war never ended for him. So, I don’t understand how it connected? Freedom and PTSD?
