3 one-hour walks this week & a ½ hour weights session this morning to try & loosen up the slightly stiff muscles around waist-height

Other than those muscles, which make it an interesting experience bending over for stuff, it hasn't been as painful as expected. I've certainly sweated a bucket, but haven't experienced any cramping, or major protests from the legs. I'll see how this coming week goes & then think about maybe lengthening the walk by another kilometre or so, including more of the bush track
