In Between Days

Filling in time between the 2 end-of-year festivals...

With a little help from Melbourne Elizabeth ~ in town to catch up with friends & belatedly celebrate her birthday. Her other mission, it seems, is to kick-start my New Year resolution a few days early... I've been walking... a lot!!!

I took the camera on yesterday's expedition, having scouted a few shots the day before.

Wow.. that lizard pic (apart from the fact that it's a lizard, which automatically makes me scream like a girl, which I am, so I am well within my rights to scream like a girl) is amazing! it's perfect!

the light.. it's pose, the way it draws your eyes along it's body to the tail, the shadows, the patterns on the rock..
