Self-portrait... if you look close enough...

A week of subtle aches & pains. Possibly due to some heavy lifting'n'shifting at work, possibly the change in weather & possibly some uncomfortable sleeping positions, thanks to Bella deciding the best way to cope with the cold night is to sleep next to, or on top of, me. While I appreciate the sentiment &, to a lesser degree the warmth, my right shoulder, particularly, has a complaint to make. And the muscles around my elbows... strangely
