I may not be hysterical, or in pain, but I'm certainly wet!!

One of my various duties today was to deliver a load of timber to a building site. When I arrived, there was only one guy to unload (as opposed to the 3 promised) & it was bucketing down, so... these are the things we do for customer service

That was 5 hours ago & parts of me are still damp... but at least I've stopped fogging up the windshield as I steamed myself dry with the car heater on the way home
